Thanks so much for sharing your adobo recipe..i tried to cook it today, and it looks amazing and yummy too..i added around 1-2 T sugar to balance the sourness of the vinegar! I used the sukang Pinakurat and coconut vinegar (1:1 ratio). Tamang tama din ang pagka spicy. Salamat!
