Try house and lot for rent with garden in exclusive gated subdivisions with security guards like In Antipolo City near Manila rent from 14,000 pesos to 25,000 pesos. There are also big malls and grocery stores here and lots of restaurants and home-cooked meals nearby 👍🙏
It's really nice in Makati. Visit the city of Las Pinas. It is not a posh city but there are good restaurants as well. Condos and apartment prices are cheaper.
