you don't want to isolate. isolation doesn't activate testosterone boost. the chinese olympians have known to have best gains for body weight. that don't believe in slow isolated movements. they do fast movements with heavier weights to activate everything. Smarter

Not doing isolation workouts would be absolutely idiotic. 5 to 8 reps compound workouts. 12 to 15 isolation.
