When I was Senior Manager of Central Bank of India, at Kallisseri Branch, THIRUMENI used to come to our Branch purely on courtesy visits. He used to share his memories at Kallisseri school and we had common friends. He used to joke with us and was very unassuming. Once when I tried to kiss his hands he told me" you may get the smell of fish" since I am a pure vegetarian.. To my surprise he came from Kottayam to meet me when someone told him that I am going from the Bank after my voluntary retirement. Very loving soul, I am much pained to hear the sad news.

When I was Senior Manager of Central Bank of India, at Kallisseri Branch, THIRUMENI used to come to our Branch purely on courtesy visits. He used to share his memories at Kallisseri school and we had common friends. He used to joke with us and was very unassuming.
Once when I tried to kiss his hands he told me" you may get the smell of fish" since I am a pure vegetarian..
To my surprise he came from Kottayam to meet me when someone told him that I am going from the Bank after my voluntary retirement.
Very loving soul, I am much pained to hear the sad news.
