You can crochet this simply beautiful crochet cardigan for baby boys and girls smaller or bigger by simply changing your hook size and making it in the exact same way as this tutorial (see below) with same stitch count and number of rows. Just remember that these sizes are not exact since not all babies are the same size and since tension varies from person to person which can affect the final size. Preemie use a 2mm hook with #3, DK or 8 ply yarn
NB use a 2.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8 ply yarn
0-3M use a 3mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn
3-6M use a 3.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn
6-9M use a 4mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn
9-12M use a 4.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn
12-24M use a 5mm hook with #4, Aran or 10 ply yarn
3-4Yrs use a 5.5mm hook with #4, Aran or 10 ply yarn
OPTION 2 (MEASUREMENTS):
WAIST: +/- 1-2in
NB-1M = 14.25in
1-3M = 15.75in
3-6M = 16.5in
6-9M = 17.5in
9-12M = 18.15in
12-24M = 19.5in
RISE: +/- 1-2in

NB-1M = 5.5in
1-3M = 6in
3-6M = 8in
6-9M = 8.25in
9-12M = 8.75in
12-24M = 9in
LEG LENGTH: +/- 1-2in
(From rise)
NB-1M = 4.5in
1-3M = 5in

Materials used:
*Pants= 100 g total (85g blue / 15g white) for 0-3M size of Cygnet Kiddies Supersoft DK yarn.
*Cardigan= 140g total (110g blue / 30g white) for 0-3m size of Cygnet Kiddies Supersoft DK yarn.
You can also use any yarn with similar weight like #3 or 8ply
*Approx. Gauge with 3mm hook: 2in = 12 rows / 12 sts of crunch stitch
