    Hi Sean, it's always blurline when high rise residential comes to pet. I have a medium size dog (cocker spaniel), and my property is under DBKL - Razak City, which is under construction. Is there any method I could do so that I could keep my dog with me in future?

    Hi Sean. Just wondering. For a Freehold Service Apartments, based on your experience, is it easy to rent out since the utility charges are higher? What about capital appreciation, how does it fare with condominium?

      Hi kelvin, thanks for your question.
      Unfortunately there's no correlation between high utility charges with rentability as well as capital appreciation. Therefore, it means the 'classification' of the building has nothing to do with the performance of the building, but rather a factor for developers to play around during development stage as both of them have different requirement.
      However, my hypothesis would be serviced apartment in a mixed development will fetch higher return if both are in a similar location. This is based on the convenience that mixed development provides which is much more relevant to the current lifestyle. Plus there's really very very limited developer that are erected 'condominium' already due to the super strict and expensive requirements to fulfill.

    Hi Sean,
    I am your fan and watching everyday your post updating about properties. I have a very serious issue here is,
    I am the owner if Casa Suites, damansara intan, loft unit.
    I purchased from the developer. And the mngt.fees was rm290+
    And now, I have to pa 526.36 monthly. This building are mostly bought by the investor and don't hAve many residents. And my question is what can I do and why they may increased till that high? And I wanted to sell the unit so long time but can't get a buyer. Can u help or advise , pls

    Hi Sean, base on your experience on this field, hv u come across of any appeal on the conversion ofTnb electricity bill for some qualify service apartment been rejected. I m a serious buyer would like to seek your advices ride on a risk to buy a service apartment... Tq
