Hi kelvin, thanks for your question. Unfortunately there's no correlation between high utility charges with rentability as well as capital appreciation. Therefore, it means the 'classification' of the building has nothing to do with the performance of the building, but rather a factor for developers to play around during development stage as both of them have different requirement. However, my hypothesis would be serviced apartment in a mixed development will fetch higher return if both are in a similar location. This is based on the convenience that mixed development provides which is much more relevant to the current lifestyle. Plus there's really very very limited developer that are erected 'condominium' already due to the super strict and expensive requirements to fulfill.

I purchased from the developer. And the mngt.fees was rm290+ And now, I have to pa 526.36 monthly. This building are mostly bought by the investor and don't hAve many residents.
