1) Just provide a letter of explanation with the new address change. might help updating atleast one identity document with the current address, for example, aadhar card before applying. will help the background check process easier. 2) I did mention in the video, @26:19. lower third of the screen

What if you're already in Canada, in the middle of filling out the spousal application for a Visa, and you're hundreds of miles away from a USPS? Is the ONLY option for me to submit my fingerprints for the country/background check is to return to the US so I can go to a post office? Is there ANY agency in Canada that can take the fingerprints?

I've booked an appointment on the passport seva website after making the payment, however, I have not yet received any confirmation on the date and time of the appointment. Does it usually take long to get this confirmation? Also, I live in a rented apartment at my present address which is different from the address on my other documents. yes, you can apply before ITA. also, if you get ITA, you can apply for PCC and upload the confirmation of application in ircc portal. then once you get pcc, you can upload that there

Many people in similar situations had mentioned that they were asked to resubmit a new PCC. So is it a good idea if I get a new PCC ready, and once I receive an AOR, send it immediately via a webform? Or is it best if I wait till IRCC asks for a new one? I had submitted all the documents to OINP, and the documents were dated 4 months ago, is that still valid or should I get the documents again? if you are talking about police clearance certificate from india, check the issuance date. as you said, they are 4 months old, i think they can work. Check with vfs global if they do finger prints for USA. Then either they can send your finger prints to the FBI address I showed in the video or You can send them yourself.

Hi, if we have graduation and post graduation diploma from.India and 2 post graduate certificate course from Canada. Still we need WES or ECA for PR apply.
You need your highest degree to be evaluated for ECA. if your highest degree is from Canada, then you dont need WES. but if your highest degree is from india, then you need WES

Hey, thanks for the video! Very informative as always. My PCC has expired (was valid when I applied) and i haven't received an AOR yet. Many people in similar situations had mentioned that they were asked to resubmit a new PCC. So is it a good idea if I get a new PCC ready, and once I receive an AOR, send it immediately via a webform? Or is it best if I wait till IRCC asks for a new one? Was just hoping if there are any possible ways to avoid delays.
yeah, sounds like a good idea. might save you some time in case the expired pcc is not accepted.

Hi Suyash, In Spouse PR, when spousal(wife) Passport gets updated with new address; then PCC shows only for the updated address. How about the police record for previous address where she was living with her parents.

Hello, not sure if you respond to comments but just thought I will post it, Can I submit the documents, that I submitted for PNP, to ircc? I had submitted all the documents to OINP, and the documents were dated 4 months ago, is that still valid or should I get the documents again? I had enough challenges to get these documents the first time, so, just wanted to make sure that I have enough time to bother them again.
if you are talking about police clearance certificate from india, check the issuance date. as you said, they are 4 months old, i think they can work. Usually a PCC that is within the 6 month issuance date is ok. check below to verify

I work in cruise line. So I need to travel different countries for 6-7 months. I have US C1-d ( crew ) Visa. Though I don't live in any country I stay inside the ship. In that case police clearance certificate is required from any countries? ( Except my home country which is India ) Or letter of explanation is good enough to clarify it while submitting my file to IRCC? Sometimes my entry port in one country and exit port is another country But I never stayed any country more than 6 months... But if I need FBI clearance then can I apply it from india and what is the process? And also in mailing option can I use ink ( black / blue ) for finger print? Thank you

Check with vfs global if they do finger prints for USA. Then either they can send your finger prints to the FBI address I showed in the video or You can send them yourself.

Hi, if we have graduation and post graduation diploma from.India and 2 post graduate certificate course from Canada. Still we need WES or ECA for PR apply.
You need your highest degree to be evaluated for ECA. if your highest degree is from Canada, then you dont need WES. but if your highest degree is from india, then you need WES

You need your evaluation for your India diploma. You don’t need any evaluation for any degree from Canada.
