- So, in this video I will show you how me and wife did the signature, printing, scanning and uploading of forms for our online sponsorship process while being away from each other. I was in canada and my wife was in India. So it was an outland family class sponsorship.

@@anjanj81 Hi Suyash thanks for answer. Yes. November 26 they started the process. Everything is complete. After my medical exams, I received the Québec selection certificate.

Hi, I am applying my spousal pr visa online, but my im1344 form is not validating and says sponsor signature is mandatory to validate the form. And applying online. What should i do.

there is a size limits of 4mb for each document uploaded, will staple have the scanner to do it right

You should be fine. instructions have been updated.
Is it mentioned anywhere that the signs has to be wet ink and paper? Why can't we use ipad pencil instead?

I am following your method of gathering the docs required in order to apply for my spousal pr. Now i am stuck on question number 4 as i never met my spouse in the past. My situation is that our marriage is an arranged marriage and it was done in only 18 days from the day i met her for the first time. And now i am confused on how to explain it in my application. Moreover, i only have our marriage photographs and no other photos of other ceremonies. What should i do in this case. Your reply will be much appreciated.

For photos, upload what you have and as many as you think will be enough. I did the same. Watch my “photos” video and “all my supporting documents” video for reference

I have a question regarding form1344
On form IMM 1344 part 1 question 6c, it asks if we are in a conjugal relationship to put in the date that we entered into the relationship. Can we fill in our wedding date for that section?
I am confused cause I know it asks for the wedding date on 8b also. I just want to make sure we are not leaving anything out. Thanks

There is an update to the IMM1344 application form. Validation is failing if we do not sign the form electronically . Now I have to sign electronically and then click on validate button to generate the bar codes. So I typed the names in the signature fields then validated. My question is do we need to hand sign this form after this update in the form ?
i have also same question. this form got updated very recently.
even though the instructions have changed for signatures and 1344 allows you to digitally sign now, its safe to hand sign also. a lot of applications got rejected due to not hand signing.

@@HitSubmitCanada Thank you so much for your help. I am so sad because I only typed the names, it says by typing my name i am electronically signing my application. That is why I didn't sign the application by hand. We just typed our names. Do you think it will be returned? :(((
