I just have one quick question: I have the reference letter from my manager however the title on the pay stub is different because we all got hired as a kitchen staff , and now I am working as a line cook.
So I have the experience as the cook on the letter. Does it matter about the pay slip that it says kitchen staff ?

I don’t think birth certificate is mandatory. Also there is no field to upload it also. It was mandatory before but not now
Sir, do we need to get transcripts addressed in the name of IRCC? or is it ok if it was addressed in the name of the institution that I graduated from in Canada? My University will send transcripts with the agency or institution addressed on it. does it have to in the name of IRCC?

I have a question let’s say if someone doesn’t have birthday certificate then what alternative document can be provided. Can’t passport be considered as a birth certificate? Back in my country many people don’t have birth certificate as before 1988 birth certificate was not mandatory and civic bodies never focused on it.

I have the paystubs for the time I claimed experience which was in previous year. I am at the same job but i am unable to get valid paystubs for continued employment in this year. Is it okay if i use bank statements and cheque copies to show my ongoing employment?
I just finished my graduate program in Canada. I am trying to enter the pool as under FSW program. I have received my program completion letter while awaiting graduation day for the certificate. Should I go ahead to include the qualification in my profile based on the program completion letter or do I wait till graduation day?

I am international student and want to put my file under CEC but also want to claim points for my foreign work exp so my Indian work experience is not continuous although it is under same NOC code and with different employers . Duration of employment was 17 April 2018 to 11 sep 2018 and then 9 days gap . Second employment is from 20 sep 2018 to 22 March 2019 . I have 1 year exp in this way. Do you suggest to proceed for claiming points for fsw ?please suggest

Lawrence - you will need to reply with a detailed explanation letter and ADDITIONAL supporting documents to prove that the job offer was genuine (i.e. recruitment efforts, the urgent need of the employer to hire you, how you connected and were selected by the employer, etc.) - the officer has no obligation to consider your new supporting documents in their decision - but it can help. Unfortunately I will not be able to answer specific questions on CZcams all the time - right now just saw this by chance ;-) Good luck and please reach out to your employer or legal representative to assist you further.

Can you please let me know if there’s any minimum wage requirement for CEC class. I have 2 years of CE segregated as restaurant supervisor, asst manager and manager having $16, $18 and $20 respectively for the roles mentioned.
No occupation specific wage requirements under CEC. As long as it meets the min wage of the province you were working in.
Hi Mr Reza, Thanks for the detailed explanation . I missed the email sent by IRCC that we are now required to do upfront medical as of July 7th even if we are in Canada. I had initially submitted my old medical as per old policy that if we had done one and in Canada, we don't need to but seeing that email now, I will go for new medical and upload through webform. Do you think this is grounds for refusal? Also, I wasn't asked to upload language test result, do I add it alongside the new medical? Thanks in advance
No. This is not grounds for refusal if you had your old medical uploaded. Are you inside or outside Canada ? --> only applies for people inside if no ITA received yet. If you have receive ITA from outside then a post-ITA medical required.

I am about to start the process of ECA for IRCC, below are the details of my completed education:
1. 10th Standard: : SSC (2008)
2. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: 3 years (2008-2011): State Board of Technical Education and training.
3. Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering: 3 years (2011-2014): Osmania University.
4. Masters in Hospital management: 2 years (2020-2022): Himalayan University.
I want to secure the highest possible marks & proper evaluation of all my documents. Below is the list of my queries:
- A. Do I need to do WES/or other evaluation for my DME certificate as I got lateral entry in Engineering?
- B. To acquire more points from MHM degree, shall I go for IQAS evaluation instead of WES? (If so, do I have to do the evaluation for certificates till Bachelor's from WES & Masters's from IQAS separately?)
- C. The above question is in regard: I am not able to find my university (Himalayan University) in the WES evaluation tool but as per my university they can do WES certification (my only concern is to get the equivalent score of master’s degree from CANADA)
- D. I have genuine experience on papers from 2014 to till date, in parallel I did master's. Does it affect anything?
- E. My understanding is I have to pay the amount for creating/getting WES reference # (for DME, BE & MHM only once for all), is it correct?
Questions may not be clear but appreciate if any experts/connoisseurs can help with this and share more knowledge about the subject, apart from mentioned anything else to be added.

Second is how much amount of fund is needed to show in Canadian bank accou t??
Yes. You still need it.
No. You don’t need WES in the case where you’re claiming the highest degree from Canada. It only applies when you claim highest degree from your home country!

Only add jobs that you know you will be able to get employment verification letter
