That’s a great point! We don’t have many viewers outside the US-yet. However, it is definitely something I will keep in mind in the future!
Thank you for this video. It made my check in process much less stressful when I encountered the same issues with adding the card payment and photo. I found with the photo, even though I got the error message, it let me add it again, I just kept resizing the same photo and it eventually accepted it.

For us, we’ve always been able to use the “midnight” trick.
I am happy that you stated, " Read your contract." A lot of cruisers don't read the contract .
It’s so important to know.
Or at least people should look at the contract before complaining that the cruise line was to blame for something like a missed port…

Very helpful what about downloading the edocs?
There is a page at 2:39 in our video where can see a link to download your edocs. It’s on the lower left hand side. It’s a blue button labeled “view edocs”
Easier on phone or computer?
I think knot might be a little bit easier on your phone since you have to take a picture, but either way isn’t bad.
Can I upload a pic from my photos (iPhone) or take a pic of my passport pic? Thx for the great info
I think it might be possible, but if I recall, I had trouble when I tried to do that
