Today I demonstrate the process to complete your online check-in for Norwegian Cruise Line including downloading cruise documents and bag tags.
Important: you will need the credit car you plan to use on board as well as the passport information and a passport-like photo of each person in your party.

Yes. When checking in for a reservation with more than one person, it asks for the info for all of them.

That's a good point. This video was me checking in for a solo cruise, but YES when you check in for a cabin with two or more people it will ask for all their information.

Great video! You mentioned that the check-in opens at midnight 3 weeks before departure, is that midnight local time or midnight from the port of departure (I'm on the east coast and we depart from Seattle)?

That's pretty cool that norwegian allows you to watch the safety video at home before you even get to the port. Does that mean you dont have to go to the muster station and check in once you're on board?
You still have to physically go to your station, get your card pinged, and you're done. This is typically your first stop once you set-foot on board and takes minutes.
If more than 1 person on the reservation can 1 person check both in or does the other person have to have their own account on the NCL site?
Yes. It will prompt for the info for al passengers.
I always check myself and my husband in on my NCL.

If I only have a black and white printer at home, is it important that I print the luggage tag in color?
Color is to help the cruise line company workers identifying your cabin easier/faster.
Color is best, but not required as the color is also spelled-out.
Think of the color like a zip code. Without it your bag might take a little longer, but you will get it eventually. I would suggest putting the pdf of the tag on a jump drive, going to a FedEx Office (formerly known as Kinkos) and paying a couple bucks to print in color there.
