Egg weights are great. Adding the weight at the center of the fist is perfect. Much better than weighted gloves. Plus they give you something to squeeze and hold on to which is good for the hands, wrists and forearms. Great video.

I'm old, fat & I've been a professional tattoo artist who leans over clients all day for 34 years, who boxes a few times a week. Before covid, I was an assistant coach 6 days a week.
