      Careful on the ankle weights during Muay Thai bro, each time you lift the leg, the extra weight will pull at the knee. I recommend using the ankle weights for dips and such

    Excellent comparison between the dumbell and the eggweight, eggweights are definitely more adapted to the shape of the hands. My only comment is the possibility of designing the eggweights as empty stainless containers that can be filled with various materials of different weights to increase the loading on the hands. Hope this helps.

  • @rickhsiung6340
    @rickhsiung6340 Před 2 lety

    If for Boxing purpose, feel like Rival's Fistwork Gaunlet is another great option. Just a pair of it can adjust up to 20Oz additional weight to your gloves, for example, 20Oz + 12Oz gloves = 32Oz = 2lb, which is the same to the 4.0lb pair egg weight. And by adjusting the metals of the Gaunlet, you could generate many weight options covered by the egg weights product lines or even more.

    I'll get them when they're cheap enough for me to afford lol I can tell u right now, that they are not worth the money they're asking for. I mean, just save ur money, I'm not a boxer, and even if I do Muay Thai, it isn't exactly my main fighting style, so yeah, I just don't see it. Honestly, u could probably make something similar to this at home, if not, dumbells are alot cheaper, fighters have been using them for a really long time, so will these make a difference, I don't think so. And if I'm being real here, actually gripping something will train ur hands for Jiu Jitsu, even if u don't do Jits, it's just food for thought. Not worth the money in my opinion, I mean look at it... It's just these little things man. Ur dumb if u buy em' at their current price, even if ur fuckin' Canelo man, don't just be tossing money in the toilet like that.
