This MMA Training video teaches how to walk with punches.
Trevor Wittman is a renowned boxing and MMA coach. He has trained a who's who of high level MMA fighters. This is an excerpt from SECRETS OF A CHAMPION BLANCE available from DynamicStriking.com.
Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

Trevor Wittman turned kamaru Usman a fighter known for only wrestling and little to no knockouts in the ufc, into a knockout machine, in what feels like a short time. Outstanding coach but hats off to Usman for making quick improvements, that’s also crazy. Don’t know who’s more amazing Usman or Trevor.

@@LECityLECLEC it's hard to convey by text, but I'll try. Imagine that each of your legs is one side of a tweezer, and you're trying to "pick up" the ground with them. That's what separates the best power punchers, with the rest.
That fact that they really know how to use their weight and momentum to add some real power to their punches.
