Brutal Qualifying Day at Leogang DH World Cup 2023

Today was a rather average day out to back up last weeks effort. I felt good on the bike and seemed to still have some speed after crashing in practice yesterday, however my front wheel bailed on me on a high speed corner and I got yard sailed pretty hard.
Racing eh! Crashes happen, still would have rather not left a skin donation on the side of the track though! Onto the next!

Saw a close-up on the TV of that hole on the right turn in the woods with the log above it. The camera guy zoomed in on it. Bloody hell, massive just where you don’t want that 😮 Anyway, the commentators made nothing of it, duh! Thanks for pointing it out 😊 Onward and Upward 🎉🎉🎉 Also, sweet bit of vid clutter in, “Send Yo!”😊 What did you differently with the cam at 15:00 back in the pits? It was really ‘cinematic’ - great!
