I don’t know you personally, but I am going to venture an educated guest, that a lot of the stress and burn out and maybe even depression that you’re experiencing is due to being alone. No matter how many friends and family you might have within reach of your cell phone, just walking and staying in a foreign unfamiliar city by oneself can produce a lot of stress. I know I felt that way and is one of the reasons that I’ve cut back on my solo adventures. We are social creatures most of us and thrive when we are among familiar and loved people.
