Until the court case is over we won't know what the outcome and punishment will be. Also before this guy was charged by the police we don't know how he was arrested. Bet anything he was treated more fairly than Kristo. Hope that the courts are more harsh to those in the wrong in the future and they find Kristo innocent but it's a legal system not a justice system.

My dad was convicted of the same thing (yet I can vouch that it was a completely false charge), and he got 3 years of jail time, plus 2 years of massively supervised probation.

This is the first time he was caught by the law. He has other victims.
I know this is just an anecdote, but a girl I know had a relationship with him when she was 15.
She won’t go to the police but I didn’t know 100% if she was telling the truth until all this came out.
With outcomes like 120 community service hours many would choose not to go to the police. The stress of reliving the events and bring grilled about everything, victims are treated appallingly by the legal system.

Good on you, it's never easy to call out someone like this, especially someone you've worked with personally. You're right, the punishment is lax and the coverage pretty minimal, you're doing a good thing here. I think your attempts to scrub him out of your previous works are a noble nod to his victims.
It seems likely if not certain that Marcus suffers from some pretty serious mental health problems, so I'd discourage - as bad as what he did was - people harassing him for this. Mental health isn't an excuse, but I know people whose lives have radically changed once they've gained access to the resources necessary to treat mental health problems, and I think it'd be awful if we ended up harassing someone else to suicide over this. Doesn't mean the man shouldn't be let within 10ft of a camera of given any sort of fame or influence, it's just worth considering that piling onto someone over the internet might not be the best way to do the victims justice.

I found you through Dibble with the soflo video, instantly became a fan and have followed you through radio, DTDSM, and have been a luke and lewis podcast listener since day one, and almost completely forgiot about dibble. till now.
Just…why. I loved watching Dibble back in the day, and honestly thought about rewatching some of the old content for nostalgia’s sake. Yeah, not anymore.
