The victim wasn't his mistress. She didn't know he was married til after. He lied to the victim about the circumstances of his marriage and lied about where he lived. She deserves her name on the subject line of this video. It's quite disrespectful by Court TV to use "Mistress" in place of her name. After all, she IS the victim of this case along with her son.

He saw this woman and his child with her as an inconvenience and a result of something he felt he could walk away from at any time and he was irresponsible enough to get her pregnant and didn't establish beforehand what they would do in this situation and honestly she should have just walk away and cut ties when he denied being the father and never gave her any money for him but she continued contact and probably still had sex with him thinking she was more to him than just someone he could use for sex and have absolutely no obligations to after any amount of time and she put him in a corner and was going to force him to acknowledge a child he never wanted and adamantly was denying was his child all that time yet she never cut ties that is something any woman with respect for herself would have cut all ties for that alone but she allowed him to continue to be in her life while denying the child and never being involved in his life at all except to deny him and make her appear as a woman who didn't even know who the father was

Even though prosecution is disorganized and not adequate in questioning, I believe the defendant is toast and he knows it. There's overwhelming evidence against him. I would be shocked if he is not convicted. I'd rather he spends the rest of his life in prison. I think he would suffer more incarcerated.

I'm fairly new to watching court proceedings. My introduction was the Waukesha parade trial.
Every prosecutor should watch it, because DA Sue Opper and her team demonstrated exactly how to present a case. They were organized, articulate, and effective.
I don't care what he does for a living but these reporters need to speak with less excitement & smiles. At the end of the day two ppl are died & the families are grieving on both sides.

The judge is losing patience with the prosecution because they can't get their sh*t together. I've never seen a trial where the prosecution is such a mess. Everything should be categorized and filed back in it's place so that you can find it quickly the next time you need to refer to it. I'm embarrassed for them. When the defense asked for a mistrial, the prosecution's objection was weak. the judge saved them. The prosecutors are not working together

So the defense In asking about contamination is basically saying the crime scene may have been contaminated or the evidence was not collected in a way to prevent contamination so we are saying that the officers and other’s who collected evidence were incompetent and we are therefore throwing them under the bus as they say It doesn’t matter that a officer saw the defendant kick or push a rock with his foot as if he didn’t want anyone to find it ‼️ It is so clear that he did this he didn’t want anybody to find out he is a male…..W…E or for his wife to find out he’s cheating on her and lying about being separated because he can’t keep it in his pant’s and he definitely doesn’t want to pay child support for a child that didn’t ask to be born she wouldn’t abort the baby so he aborted him 2 year’s later so now he won’t have to worry or pay child support for a child that doesn’t exist anymore.

Please lady's, let this be a a lesson for you about how you should be very careful when getting lightly involved with somebody that you don't even know and having children with them. It's a terrible situation for all parties involved. But mostly for the child who is only wanted by one parent. And where money is involved and/or solicited from the entity that never wanted the child, it can be very very dangerous when no love, care and/or concern are involved. Children deserve to be the result of a loving, happy, stable marriage and relationship, mutually wanted by both. We have way to many super young single parents and it's obviously not good for any aspect of an advanced society. It was never supposed to be this way and it sure does show. I was raised by a single mother and it was far from less than ideal. I would never wish that for my own child. At least now, they are in a much better place. May they rest in Peace.

I think the prosecution was using "new" attorneys to the field with this case--why on a capital murder case, I'm not sure; however, unless the District Attorney himself isn't doing the questioning, the prosecution is a wreck.
That said they are definately more efficient than the defense.

I am surprised that the forensics were so ‘undetermined’ for example the picture of the blood on the tailgate looked substantial but forensics weren’t able to gain anything of value from that blood. Perhaps forensics hasn’t come as far as I thought.
