CourtTV said they work with grief conselors to help them come on the stand and to help control their crying and emotions. Otherwise the jury would not be able to understand them. I am like you...I would be crying and so upset I could not talk no matter what kind of counsel I had.

He would have paid child support for 18 years, probably would lose his wife. Now he’ll probably be in prison for the remainder of his life (only 33 years old)still loses his wife/ children. So, so foolish is all I can say. Heartbreaking .

This is when I feel that life in prison is better and makes them suffer even more. He will think about things day after day after day after day for the rest of his life.
Not only that, but the death penalty is "too easy" for the perp, in my opinion. It's also usually more costly because of the appeals that follow with a death penalty case.
As gruesome and horrible as this might sound, I feel that if/when somebody is sentenced to death, they shouldn't be euthanized like an animal. Many victims suffer when they are murdered (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CASE), and it's not right for the perp to not suffer after what they did.

Cable TV internet person to person visits he can hug his children and his grandchildren when his 2 sons become fathers I vote death penalty he'll have probably 20 year wait in solitary confinement no person to person visits all without the many other perks levels 3 & 4 will afford hi..

We took amazing vacations and many romantic getaways. I made sure I kept in shape to be sure, he would always love me and be proud to have me by his side. @@samanthaharris7859 Yes, it was testified to by her best friend that they had to get on line to do some sleuthing to find out where he lived to be able to send him the notice to appear regarding child support. That is when she found out that he was not separated from his wife and living in another city, but that he lived with his wife and their children in Laredo. There were text messages read in court sent by Grizelda that said that she felt stupid for believing him.

This is so sad. His mother had such a loving family. Whether Griselda ever married, Dominic was made to feel very loved by everyone. Sadly, he was the spitting image of his father. I am pro-abortion, but do not believe that anyone should be coerced to have an abortion - or to continue with the pregnancy, either. That must all be up to the mother. Obviously, Griselda wanted Dominic, and because her family was so welcoming and kind, he probably would have grown up to be a fine man.

From what ive read, he had an ex wife and possibly a live in gf when Grizelda got pregnant. It seems he had 2 sons with Amy his exwife AND with his live in gf. His ex wife was a Border Patrol Agent for 9 years. My heart also goes out to the other women and his other children. 😭

I find Angelica to be a great older sister and aunt to the toddler. I respect her and can only wish that the younger sister had listened to her a bit more, but that is the way things go. Angelica was there for the toddler and her sister while the father was not. I haven't watched the trial that much but caught Angelica at the beginning and wanted to listen to her more. A great sister who did so much for her family and was there for them. I am really impressed. When a man tells a woman to get an abortion, maybe don't ask him for child support. This crime shows what can happen to a child when a parent does not want them.
