    -Short Weights Routine -
    You’ll begin this class with standing exercises for strength and balance. If balance is challenging, stand near a wall so that you can put your hands on the wall to help you stay balanced. Stick with this class and other Pilates classes focused on balance and it will improve! Just like you’ll get stronger as you keep focusing on Pilates workouts for strength.
    You’ll end this 25 minute workout with exercises down on the mat focusing on strength for the legs and chest. To round out your practice, move with the short stretching routine recommended after the class ends.

    Better than many other pilates instructors because of the pace. You can actually get a bit of cardio workout too with Trifecta classes. 10/10!

    Nice work out truly appreciate your channel, I'm 50 I don't feel my age at all but I know on some days my body feels very tired and achy and this was perfect for me today thank you

    This is brilliant just what I'm looking for. I've been doing separate weights and Pilates classes love this combination. The addition of balance of feet work as well thank you so much Beth. I just hit 50 and need to work on strength

    Great workout thankyou Any advice on doing the sit ups from the floor I really struggle with these ?

      Those can be challenging. I would do a smaller range of motion first.

    I didn’t workout since April and I’m trying to get back on the workout wagon… I started with this one : doable but challenging at the same time. I did it and now I’m proud of myself 💪💪
    I like this kind of Pilates workout when you work on your muscles and the balance (super important as we age !!) 🤩

    What enables you to get your knee to bend to the floor ? What exercise can I do to help this ?

      It great to do this movement holding onto a chair or table to work range of motion. You can also slow it down while working on range of motion.

      I used 8 pounds to film with but for my personal workout with this routine I've used 10 and 12 as well.
