    I like these leg extensions helps with knee pain, can you do more legs in air exercises for those with injuries, no impact on feet but still work quads?

    I liked this. I have a groin strain on both sides and the leg extentions on back worked the quad, but didn't strain the groin. The lying on front was hard though also on knees , can you do a complete back and side lyi g one for injuries and knee pain groin pain, but also work quads?

    Hi Beth - you are fabulous. I have been following your channel for years and love it. I just injured my foot and need some pilates work that doesn’t involve pressure to the foot. Which class do you recommend for that?

      Rest and recovery are key, especially with an injury. It's wise to choose workouts that accommodate your foot. There might be some Pilates classes focusing on upper body, core, or seated routines that would be ideal. It's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for tailored advice.
