- A great Pilates Workout will work on abs, glutes, thighs AND more. In this Pilates mat class we’ll spend a little extra time working out the glutes and thighs and I really don’t think you can do Pilates without getting stronger abs.

This mat Pilates class has a vigorous flow, but as always, I’ll talk you through it and you can use different variations for any exercise to ensure you are working the right areas of your body and opt out all together if needed.
We will get started right away by waking up the abs, move to strengthening the back of the legs, go back to the abs and we will keep trying to really fatigue the targeted muscle group before moving to a different area of the body. I have some really fun(that usually means challenging;)) variations on some exercises that are typically performed on Pilates equipment.
Grab a cushy mat and join me on the mat for a Pilates class in under 25 minutes that will strengthen, stretch and tone your body, calm the mind and leave your spirit feeling uplifted.

Killer. I exercise several times a week, PT, bootcamp and Pilates, nothing on today and wanted a short Pilates session. This was intense. So good.

It is a more challenging flow.
I'm out of my regular weight lifting because of injury (bad inflammation and irritation in the joints and tendons), and my doctor recommended pilates as a less intense form of exercise. I thought I would hate it, but I have to say it feels great to stretch the muscles while working them too, and I have to do the level 1 classes just to stick to the low intensity part. Pilates will definitely be apart of my routine even when I get better

I love this programme but it tends to be fast for me. Could you make a little bit slower version with same sequence? I do this every night, but the changing position is quick, so i rewind a few seconds and i can not follow the flow.😂

This one is really tough, at the end I was really sweating!!! The more I repeat this session, the more I can controll it, the targt is to be able to do the 06:25 exercise!!!!
There are some challenging exercises in this class!
i am still searching your video similar to this thigh workout years ago. I saved it in my old phone with different email. Now i cant view it using my new phone and email
I struggle with a lot of workouts because I don't have feet, ankles and I'm missing a knee but a lot of these I can do or I can repeat a sequence and adapt it so I'm still feeling where I'm supposed to! I've been stuck in a wheelchair for 6 months after having my knee amputated and my hip flexor are stiff as a board so I'm hopeful this will help!
Well you knock me into a cocked hat then my love. Good on you for not just sitting feeling sorry for your self and grasping life with both hands. I am certain I would. 💕

the one that i saved, i recall the thigh workout, lying on the side on the mat, one leg bend, another leg move one leg front and back, and next - bend the leg to chest and then eling, third - turn the leg a bit on the side and then move up and down abt 30degrees, after that another move (difficult for me to explain) one leg up in the air and then bend, last make the same leg rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise, stretch and that's it.
That video is really good, slow and steady. You mentioned in the video "now you know, what you're getting into ..". I love that video. Do you still have it?
