    Wonderful routine for my stiff and aching body - exercises were gentle but I could definitely feel my muscles activate

    Amazing! i love the strength component! Because I love ur teaching style so much, when u get a chance could u make a stretching video? maybe with the band or any other props!

    Beth, love your classes, would like to see you identify them as easy, intermediate, advanced, very advanced. I'd love to see very advanced options for 30 min or less. I'm having to increase the speed to 1.25. Pls keep them coming!

    But can I download this video? Because I want to practice this one every day and It's easier to watch it in a video player rather than utube. Also in my region I must use a VPN to be able to open utube.
