The Taqueria next to my house has $8 nacho plate with carne asada and queso fresco. And it's a full to go box. $18 Is insane for ground beef

Honestly daym keeping it 100 you truly need to make a night run, go back to the restaurant doing the busiest hours and see if you still get that excellent customer service.
I really wish he wouldn't keep going at what is obviously a quiet time, AND with full mic setup on his neck.
These reviews are nowhere near accurate considering that people in the comments of Daym's own videos disagree with his findings based on their experiences (which align with reviews Daym reads).
THIS! Don't visit a restaurant when it's nearly empty. Visit when it's busy.

Never seen such an expensive mexican restaurant, we have one by me where they barely speak english, give a ton of food and cost nothing compared, The real mexican restaurant experience.

$17.95 for... NACHOS!! DAYUM dude! Mexican Food just isn't that expensive anywhere. Holy crap. Plastic Cup salsa at the table? OMG what a travesty. You should go to Arizona and get some real Mexican food... and to be fair it's pretty hard to mess up Nachos anyway.
For real, Mexican restaurants near me serve the salsa in a small bowl and fresh chips in a basket, the way this place served them was a disgrace

Bro I was here at this location like 2 months ago with my sister and her friend...it was bad bro. Service was really poor (the one waitress was nice but the other one had a serious attitude on her and she was about to catch some heat from my sister too for her rudeness), our order of nachos came like they had been crushed in the bag and weren't even close to warm. Relatively pricey (I got birra tacos that just were not good, the tortilla was stale)?
Won't be going back man, props for venturing in there!! Also those little salsa cups are a joke lol.
The fact that he's recognisable doesn't help (listen at about 6:38; someone in the background mentions CZcams). Then he's got a mic on his neck, constantly filming and talking to the camera; even films outside by his car.
These people see him coming a mile off and he gets a tailored service experience without even knowing it.

The one near me gives you chicken, shrimp, and steak for 11.99. also you get plenty of white queso cheese! None of that microwave, dry cheese!

I think you didn't go on the right day. Go at night when they're busier and preferably on the weekend to get a good sense of how they work. During the week is a different story.

I personally do not like solidified cheese like that on my nachos. when they melt regular cheddar and it gets rubbery again after 10 minutes. I need some gooey cheese sauce all day.

I really like these best and worst reviews but the only thing i dislike about the series is that daym only goes when the restaurant is in the first hours of opening when its not busy i would like to see a real review when its busy thats just my opinion

Some places taste different depending on the time of day and you definitely need to start visiting restaurants during their peak hours to get a real feel of what their food is like when cooked under pressure to see if they're cutting corners to get the food out faster.

When i was staying in Rockwell City, Iowa for a couple years, i went to a nice Mexican restaurant called Las Flores. In my opinion, it was delicious!

When the video opened and Daym was reading the reviews I was afraid Amy & Sammy made a taco restaurant. I'm so glad he had a good experience instead. Road trip to some other city/states, like Detroit, MI then hop over to Canada and visit my hometown Windsor, Ontario.

Sadly the food was good the one time I visited. This was years ago so maybe things changed. Ended up not paying for the food and they gave it to us to go anyway. But employees/management was a huge problem especially for the price. Right from the moment we sat down. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had and it was on a special occasion with my parents too. When speaking strictly Nachos Acapulcos in Enfield has some pretty decent ones and is my go to. They use this really nice gooey jack cheese and are piping hot.

There's no transparency regarding the time of day that he visited, nor the day itself.
For all we know he went at 8am on a Thursday, when restaurant staff are more likely to be chilled out from a slow pace throughout the week.
