Easy Chicken Cream of Mushroom Casserole

1 Whole Chicken Boiled then meat taken off the bone
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Onion diced
1 tsp Garlic Minced
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Chicken Stock or Water
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Peas
5 cups Cooked Penne Pasta or your choice
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup Grated Parmessan Cheese
Baked at 375 F for 20minutes

I'm trying this tonight. I grew up on a similar dish. My mom's used whole chicken that she boiled or chicken breasts she added egg noodles to broth once chicken was removed. Then once noodles were almost done she added two cans or one large can of cream of mushroom soup. Mix shredded chicken back to pot throw in a small amount of Velveeta cook on stove top two more mins or put in oven just til cheese melts. Most time we just cooked on stove. We lived this as kids and our children loved it as well. Sending your recipe to all the cooks in my family. Tfs just subscribed

For my personal birthday casserole that is VERY VERY important to me. i love your chicken, the mushroom, and the onion, and garlic, cream of mushroom soup, however I'd MUST replace your peas, with broccoli, NO parsley please and no chicken broth!
