Your New Favorite Salmon Recipe | Blackened Salmon With Crawfish Creole Cream Sauce

3-6oz portions of salmon
6 large Yukon gold potatoes
10oz spinach
2 1/2-3 cups heavy cream (1/2 cup for potatoes, more if needed but leave 2 cups for sauce)
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 cup crawfish tails
1 bell pepper (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
6 tablespoons butter (3 for basting, 3 for mash)
1 1/2-2 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon blackened seasoning
1 teaspoon sazon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon creole seasoning (for cream sauce only, all other seasonings need to be mixed for salmon)

Could I substitute the crawfish tails with lobster meat im actually from New Orleans but moved to Atlanta and they donât have the crawfish tails đ€Šđœââïžđđ
Absolutely but donât cook your lobster as long so it doesnât get rubbery

Can you use catfish instead?
Absolutely, season and pan sear in a little olive oil and butter.
