- This is the BEST Blackened Salmon with Sautéed Shrimp! This recipe is quick and easy and loaded with tons of cajun flavor. This pan seared salmon with cauliflower mash is a delicious meal.
Blackening Seasoning
1 tsp each smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, basil, thyme, salt, garlic powder, onion powder
Ingredients
1lb Salmon Filet
1/2 lb shrimp
butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
parsley
*Use blackening seasoning to taste. This should be enough seasoning to make 2 lbs of salmon if desired.
1 head of Cauliflower (softened really well)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream cheese (could also use sour cream)
1 tsp dried spring onion (optional)
1/4 cup heavy cream (adjust based on how thick you want the mash to be)
salt and pepper to taste

What type of heavy cream was use or differ cream brand or what?
@@margaretmckinney3888 I just used regular old heavy cream in the dairy section, sometimes labeled heavy whipping cream.
I made this tonight and it came out so yummy! I added a little old bay seasoning to the sauce and the juices from the shrimp , everyone loved it . Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻
