1-2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/4 cup chopped grape tomatoes
1/4 cup capers
1/2 diced onion
2-3 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
red pepper flakes
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, italian seasoning
1/4 tsp browning (optional)
Pasta Noodles
Roasted Garlic (1 head of garlic with the end chopped off. 1 tbsp olive oil and salt & pepper. Place in the oven, wrapped in foil at 400 for 40 minutes) - Zábava

You have no idea how happy I am to have found this video. Made it last night and it legit tastes like a restaurant dish. I didn't have white wine or cherry tomatoes, so I used chicken stock and sundried tomatoes and it was AMAZING. I truly believe the toasted garlic helped a ton!! Thank you!

I just came home from the store with a nice piece of salmon for Friday's dinner and I was wondering how I want to cook it. I have many recipes, to me salmon is like chicken, but you solved the puzzle for me. Tuscan salmon it is! Thanks!
I don't do roasted garlic in the traditional oven method. I take a small pot and put some olive oil in it. I peel as many cloves as I need and cook the cloves low and slow until they turn golden brown and soft. It doesn't take long. Voila! Roasted garlic, plus nice garlic-flavored oil to use for another recipe or to put over the pasta for pasta aglio olio.

I've been doing this recipe for my kids for years and never thought to do the garlic that way. Definitely gonna try that. I might try do the garlic like that for the garlic noodle dish as well.
