2 chicken breasts
3 cups spinach
8-10 oz mushrooms
1 diced onion
2-3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsps butter
1-2 tbsps sundried tomato oil
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
AP and Lemon bae Seasoning
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chardonnay
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

The last time I made this dish I ate the leftovers for breakfast with Nann bread toasted and spread with butter, fresh chopped garlic and parsley. Yes, it was that good.

I am not a chicken lover, but this recipe turned the tide, and my man did the dishes and clean up so he could scarf the sauce with garlic bread...he raved about it...we didn't have wine or chicken stock so we used brandy...it was righteous...LOVE your recipes and your cookbook

Just made this recipe..and damn, it was good. I made 2 versions, one with chicken (for my meat eaters) and one with shrimp (for me)..I had a little too much oil after the chicken so my sauce was a bit thinner. I’ll thicken it up tomorrow for the leftovers.

This was really really good! I didn't have any AP seasoning so I used the seasonings that the lady from Island Vibe Cooking (I think that's the channel) used in her Tuscan chx recipe. Also added a couple tbsp of cream cheese and some red bell pepper to send it all over the top 😊

Yes, this is looking so good!. He just showed us the proper way to cut your chicken breast in half. Most people slice is straight through but he butterflied it first and then cut it in half. I wonder why Mr Make it happen never tried out for the Food Network star. Maybe because he's an entrepreneur.
