I cooked it yesterday. I didn’t have cream so I added ricotta and water. I also added yellow paprika ( fresh and spinach ). It turned out amazing!!!

Why cut the salmon first? Does not make sense to me….

DONT USE CREAM, mix parmesan and egg together with a little cup of the pasta water, throw that in at the end and cook it on low heat for a minute or 2 then it turns into a cream, if it scrambles you have cooked it too long, this is the authentic way!

generally speaking...this is a good recipe, BUT: the cooking times you give for the salmon pieces...totally overcooked - terrible...did you not hear that salmon must NOT be overcooked? - your welcome! Ex owner of 4 French restaurants....
