Ho-leee! You just need to think about doing up an actual cookbook - with photos for each recipe, of course - of all your wonderful recipes! I know some are fine with just videos, but there's nothing like sitting down with a good cookbook and paging through it (drooling like Homer!), thinking yes, yes and oh yes! Great to give as a gift too! Though a cookbook doesn't give your great descriptions - the two together would be Monster! Keep up the super work! Greetings from Calgary, Alberta, Canada!

@gilda smith I am not a young woman, however, when I read that sweet compliment on your cooking, from your teenage daughter, " mommy this tastes like restaurant food", my eyes teared up...I have not seen my Mama in over a year , she lives Down South...she will be 85 this year, God Willing...Bless you and your daughter, Enjoy your time together, she is blessed to share meals and see her Mama every day...When my asthma gets better, I hope I get to travel to see Mama, cook for her and give her lots of hugs.

Does it cut the strong Salon fishy taste?
My husband never liked home cooked salmon but when I made it with this recipe he asked me to make it again. Also I am vegetarian so I make the same sauce and poured it over steamed veggies and it’s delicious 🤤
I feel the same way about salmon and force myself to eat it when my bf makes it. This looks so good though, I think I will try it.

I made this easy dish earlier this week and it was AMAZING!! I had one person who couldn’t eat fish, so I cooked a separate pan of the “saucy sauce” and used chicken. It was sooooo good. I can’t wait to make it again. Thanks, Tammy!!

Oh my heavens. This recipe was so delicious!!! I substituted the sun dried tomatoes in oil with sun dried tomatoes pesto sauce because my local grocery store did not have the one mentioned in the video. I also added additional seasoning to my salmon (a sista can't do just salt & pepper). I also used sauvignon blanc white wine instead of "white cooking wine". Delicious!!!!!!
How about saffron or yellow rice?

I've never seen my man force himself to finish a meal until i decided to make this dish 😁 I will continue yo make it but not too often so we dont burn out on it. The only thing I do different is I use baby tomatoes that I cut up and season with herbs and oil. It's a perfect meal with angle hair noodles. Thank you Tammy 👍☺️

Tammy, thank you for this. Such an easy and delicious dish. Best of all, it almost didn't need any chopping, which made it quite quick.
Couple of suggestions: if serving with pasta, you can add a dash of pasta water to the sauce, then move the pasta to the sauce and thoroughly coat them with sauce for a few minutes while the pan is on low heat.
I also chopped a little bit of asparagus right at the beginning of cooking sauce. It came out really good.

Pro tip...if you want to cut down on the time to make this dish: Bake your salmon, skin down on a foiled pan at 400 for 20 mins. While the salmon's cooking you can make your sauce. Also, baking salmon on the skin makes it super easy to remove when it's done. You just slide a knife, fork, spatula, whatever between the meat and the skin and it comes right off.

I am blown away at how flavorful this turned out. Probably the best dish I have ever cooked. Certainly restaurant quality. I didn't have sun dried tomatoes so I added some lemon juice, I like spice so also added black pepper and red pepper flakes. Heck I used red wine instead of white out of convenience. It still came out amazing. Thank you!
