1&2 service is just checkup service..Nothing is changed..Real first 1st service is at 10K kms. where oil is changed

On 15 April I got my brezza serviced from an authorised maruti dealer workshop at KD motors Bhuj Kachch Gujarat.They used 2018 manufactured brake fluid in 2024!So it is very imp to be with your car and check all this.

True… I always check almost all of these things and most of the service centres are reluctant to provide or prove things. So I give bad ratings to all those service centres and they keep bugging me after service.

Glad that this time the service center guys did not fool you by putting in 5w-30 oil, but gave you the correct 0w-16 grade oil itself. Still, Please try to avoid their barrel oil. Maruti Genuine ECStar 0w-16 oil is available in individual sealed 3.5 Litre container, and most good service centers have stock of this oil. I told them to put the 3.5 litre sealed container oil only and not the barrel oil for my Ertiga's 3rd free service recently, and they agreed, and did so. The price is around Rs 1650 for the 3.5 liter container. Since you take so much efforts to take care of your car, and look into even the smallest details, please try to avoid barrel oil in future. It is not as pure as the individual can oil.

Brother very informative the coolant which company has used in its box it’s clearly mentioned 30/70 that means 30 percent coolant and 70 percent water it is a premix imo one should use 50/50 ratio coolant which comes in green colour from maruti and engine oil which is recommended is 0w16.

Sirji. 20yrs Maruti 800 me coz of ethonol mix primary butterfly stuck ho raha hai(8kmpl instead of 14kmpl city). Even after carb re service and change of top cap, needle valve n float with new MGP, still facing the problem. Intermittent flooding coz of intermittent stuck primary butterfly. Whats the best solution.. adding additive or adding 2T oil or both or alternatively both. Pl suggest Sirji

I have alto 800 cng 2018 Bs4 model whose recommended engine oil is 5w30, but the service centre use 0w20 as they have only 0w20 & 0w16 barrels in their stock. When I asked for 5w30 then they say that oil is for diesel car.
I drive 5000-6000 kms a year. So please recommended which oil to use
Only as per car manual, don't trust service centre people, they are running their business, if something mis happens, you have to pay, they won't accept their fault. They have to sell their stock

If it is above level by couple of mm on dipstick then it’s ok but it’s too much then u need to drain excess oil
