Great video! you answered all questions about the ramp
Great review. I have the same ramp and I love it. Similar truck to yours too except mine is the longbed. I can fit a 48” zero turn and 30” Exmark / Toro turfmaster comfortably in the bed. I was needing to solve the slipping problem I will definitely check that grip tape out!
Great review! That thing looks pretty awesome.
Its great to have!
Kool, nice setup. If I don't get a box truck. Im buying this
I can see some advantages also✔️👍🏽
My Ramp rack Sport doesn't have the same type of expanded metal and doesn't have that same slip problem. I do have to say I like the latches on the ramp rack way better, it's far less steps. The Mow and go does look wider then my Ramp rack Sport though which would mean you could likely get a bigger mower in there.... but Yeah I love that I'm no longer pulling a trailer and that's the best part about these things. Also I run Green touch trimmer racks and I would definitely suggest getting some kind of bed rail system to get as much tools out of the box as possible because as you sort of mentioned with the long box comment, space is limited and every bit helps!
You should get some top side mount tool boxes on both sides of pickup then by echo multiple attachment power unit and keep the attachments and power unit in 1 box and in the other box other tools /accessories . You could also add a plywood 3/4 inch 2x5 ft towards the cab mount it across the bed attached top of side walls . You could put gas cans tools ect....
Nice!
I like that ramp 🍻
Looks cool, seen a couple systems like this so I’m trying to figure out what’s best
Its a great ramp!
@@GwinnettLawns glad to hear, the addition of the grip tape was a great idea! Definitely using that, thanks for uploading!
I want this
Very cool I do have a question how does it mount up
Search my channel I have a whole video on how to install it.
GREAT REVIEW! Can we Write the ramp off on our taxes? And if so how much percentage?
Any business expense is a deduction. Check with your CPA for your situation.
Will it go on a small Colorado 2009
How hard was the install? Can you lift a section of the ramp by yourself?
I have a vid of how to install it on the channel.
Got a question....how do you get by with that much weight in the back of your pickup? I might be wrong but that looks like a half ton pickup which is the same as mine, a 2014 f150. My main mower weighs 1,500 lbs. I'd be grossly overloaded and would most likely get a weight ticket. Does weight not play a factor in GA? I have to have weighted tags whether I'm pulling a trailer or not as my truck weighs 7,384 lbs. Standard tags here ony go up to 5,000 lbs. Great concept but I don't think it would be practical weight wise where I live with a half ton pickup. There are a couple of companies around my neck of the woods that have those gates but they drive 1.5 ton straight trucks. Great video though.
My mower weighs 700 pounds, the trimmer 12 pounds, the blower 25 pounds, the wooden headache rack about 30 pounds, and the mowing go ramp about 200 pounds.
I’ve set an a lot of my videos that a short bed half ton truck is not ideal but it’s fine for the equipment that I have a three-quarter or 1 ton truck could be best but I have to use what I have.
@@GwinnettLawns thank you for your reply. I wasn't meaning to sound as if I thought it was a bad idea. Quite the contrary. I'm looking to put another truck into service and was wondering about weight. I have two other trailers I could use but both need work and was looking at this as a possible option for a second truck. In NC if they even suspect you're overweight you're stopped and weighed. I would rather spend money on something like this rather than a couple grand reflooring and relighting a 14' trailer.
@@BigSouthOutdoorsTVno I didn’t think you were being negative or anything at all. I’ve never seen anybody weigh anything down here unless you were a tractor trailer. They certainly could if they wanted too, but there’s 1 million people alone just in my County and I suppose they would rather go after the 18 wheeler‘s than us little guys. I’m assuming you probably have a stand up mower with weight that’s around 1500 pounds?
can you still use a trailer at the same time with that ramp on the truck?
No not the way I have it. You can get an extension from the company that allows you to tow with the ramp installed.
Do you have a personal opinion between this and the ramp rack?
I never used the ramp rack but I think this design is simpler and less to fail. Been perfect so far.
Let me. Down
I saw why’s is very slipping the material is flat no good ramp look good but the material for the floor is not the right one
Thanks
What happened to the box truck?
Sold it.
Can you please tell me the name of the ramp you have on your truck? Thanks
It is the "ramp rack system" . Dale otero in florida builds 'em.
What's the weight limit on that ramp
I think its 1500 lbs.
How much was that ramp
I think they’re are still around $1865 for the standard one like I have. I have to say it’s the best money I ever spent and I’m so much more efficient than using a trailer every day.

Do you have any idea how much weight this round will hold like a Harley Davidson motorcycle or what's the number to the company that sells them
There’s a world of information, if you just look in the description of the video.
Mow and Go systems took our money and hasn't replied to emails or texts. It's been 4 months now and nothing. Buyer Beware
That’s really weird. Why don’t you call him?
It looks neat but I think TX requires lights on it, and it blocks trailer hitching
