Why are they not getting water and food?! You know how many ships and private planes from Florida I have seen in the last week taking supplies over there and all the money that has been raised?! I also have heard they were taking the supplies from the US helpers that came over there with food/supplies and not handing them out to the people or trying to charge them for it! Something isn't right!

They're mostly illegal Hatians residing in Abaco island. So i guess you can see how they are not the reaponsibility of a Bahamian government, but still alot of Nationals as well

who is the government using to rebuild these houses, resorts & businesses????
the same poor people that cannot find a bottle of water or food to eat to save their lives.
Many are homeless but are still being used at their lowest!
God Bless these suffering people on this Island.
You are a Miraculous GOD let your will be done.
we live in a world of billionaire law-makers, celebrities & prime ministers in every nation.
here we have an Island that is not too big where many countries can provide more assistance than a media that is not actually covering the real truth behind the suffering & deaths.
I cannot lay my head down and sleep at night in a comfortable bed without a heavy heart along with praying for the people on the island and also deportees.

Alot of Bahamian really prefer to stay at home in our own country David Casner. We watch American news and see the racism and killing of innocent black people you know. We are a peaceful and loving people and we respect all mankind. The killing that happened was by illegal immigrants. The man who was talking about the killing for bread and water was shocked because things like that doesn't happen there at all. I watch American news and the wickedness that goes on there is mind blowing, mind blowing.

@@yrubla I was in New Orleans for Katrina. This will go the same way. Everyone will leave the disaster area. Those with the resources will return and rebuild. Those without the resources, the poor, the sick, and the elderly, will stay where they land. This country needs one more freeloader sucking the public teet like we need a hole in the head. Might I suggest those with some survival skills teach those without. Like how to pitch a tent or cook a fish over a camp fire. It's a warm climate. They will be fine.

@@davidcasner8873 Like the person said the average bahamian doesn't want to leave the bahamas. We love our country. And we are very aware of how America sees blacks. So living there for us is not a driving force. Also, most Bahamians who were brought up on the family islands knows how to survive when things get tough. They know how to fish, cook outside, there is alot of strong self sufficient Bahamian. The issue is shock. What happened in Abaco brought shock, so people are disoriented. Also, we have our fair share of immigration issues. So we certainly DO NOT want to come to your country to suck it dry. We are a proud people and resilient we will rise. Give us a year.
