THIS IS NOT A STORM BUILD
Chain of Vapor and Winds of Rebuke are really nice low costed bounce effects, might slot in nicely for the 4 cmc bounce spells. I’m hype to see that Kess storm list you said you’ve got brewing! The printing of Echo of Eons in MH1 has me itching to put together some sort of Kess Storm/Notion Thief wheels list myself.
joey s oh yes those are great cards! I actually picked them up for my kess storm list, which I will be posting very soon (then I’ll get to Mairsil). Echo of eons is such an awesome alternative to time twister, I would play it in my storm list but my CMC’s are aggressively low so Ad nausium gets as much value as possible 😝

Very cool deck, but Gifts Ungiven is banned in EDH/cEDH. Would you replace it with Show & Tell, or something else?
J More woops! My mistake, can’t believe I didn’t realize that card is banned earlier! I would run ‘intuition’ in its place, essentially does that same thing :D
Your deck tech was very detailed and well done, albeit you video quality isnt the greatest. Do you have a storm list for this commander? If so could u do a tech on that as well XD. Im new to commander but an avid cube player and I always force storm so Im interested in how that is done in commander.
brandan matthews thank you! I’m very glad you found some of my insights helpful, but saddly my camera quality is pretty dreadful - hopefully soon to improve on that! I have not built a storm build for kess though, so I’m sorry to say I don’t have any particular knowledge pertaining to that. I believe ‘lab maniacs’ have some kess storm builds, so maybe check them out for that style build!
Been working on a storm build for kess! I’ll be posting a deck tech for it sometime soon. Didn’t expect myself to make one, yet I ended up really liking the play styles resilience & powerful card choices storm allows. Hopefully not to late getting back to you with this deck tech. I’ll hope to see your feedback when I post it (: also the filming quality will be much better.
