Joel has this trait where he refuses to be wrong. Needs to learn some humility. Not only one player is responsible for the tempo of the game, it's not like Rodri is surrounded by 10 headless chickens.

Rodri, KDB and Haaland as a spine alone wins them most of their matches from build up, to tempo control to scoring and assisting. By far the most important players. Take 3 of them out and they're nowhere near the team they are with them.

I'm disappointed in Rio Ferdinand Overlap episode. Roy, Gary and co literally only talked about the low points in Rios career, there wasn't a single thing about his victories. They talked about failures in the CL, PL, and England. They didn't even talk about the Moscow final, they skipped all of that and start talking about The Wembley final Vs Pep. It was a bit odd imo and and very pessimistic of them.
I enjoyed it. We’ve heard about the victories a hundred times. How many times do you wanna hear the same story told?
Their mentality seems to be much more focused on the lows, I think it might be a reason for their success. Never get carried away when they win, but analyse the losses.

Stop the cutting scenes out. If you’re doing a podcast format, you should let the whole thing play-out from start to finish. The audience don’t care about you making gaffes or misspeaking. Cutting out snippets of the videos makes it look like you’re censoring things - that is a turn off.
Also, wha gwarn with splitting up the episode into multiple parts with no intro or outro. Come on lads, fix up!

Grealish does not control the tempo. If anything he kills momentum passing it back or diving for fouls. Anyone can do what Grealish can do, not everyone can do what De Bruyne and Rodri do which is proper tempo control.

I watched Kane go missing in these big games time and time again at Spurs against the best defences he just doesn’t have that ability when service is cut off to make something happen by himself which will be a problem for Bayern if he’s up there on his own and the Arsenal defence is on it I suspect. Bayern fans will be watching on like us Spurs fans were and feeling like a goal is very unlikely to come. That’s where Kane needs to improve and start helping his side win those games if he wants a trophy. Greats like Pele Romario Del Piero it was given they would turn up that’s what Kane needs to start doing.
