Thanks so much Micheal for taking the time to make this video. There's nothing wrong with my cup holder but I needed it out to access the wires behind it to replace the upper cigarette lighter with a USB port. I came back to your video several times because I had all six screws out but it wouldn't come out, I finally saw the two tabs at the bottom of the assembly that slide into the two slots on your video. To access inside the cavity to help install my USB port I cut a hole in the upper flat panel that is under the radio.
Super helpful. I was at my wits end! This helped me to take the parts out and reassemble them outside the pick up. Plus I laughed at the commentary 😁 Thanks!
Thanks for the good video. Did not know you have to remove the trim around the speedo area. You really helped me out on my replacement. Oh and I like the way you talk. Sounds just like me when I am working on my shit.. Thanks
Thx, this video helped my repair. In my case, pulling the bezel was easier starting from the top left, and working my way across the top then pulling the bottom. I had a broken upper cigarette lighter plastic ring and removing the bezel & cup assy was required to get access to the cigarette lighter.
