This, like all the best content, transcends it’s apparent subject matter to be about something more. This is about the game and the deck, yes. But just the approach and the energy and the joy behind it all is legit inspiring. Thank you both for sharing.
This was something I needed. I play mono red Zurzoth and I love the deck and it plays well. But so many people hate on it cuz it’s not “a cEDH deck” or “the best thing” and damn. I still prevail. I’m glad it’s not just me home brewing out here through adversity such as what they’ve dealt with.

I Love using this combo.
I shared it with a lot of people when I discovered it playing at locals, though someone else saw what I had on board before I did.
These content creators have definitely helped me streamline the deck with their support tech. I love seeing other people discovering the same tech in their decks, it makes me feel like I found something worth doing by accident.
I’ve been running a very similar list for a very long time now, and it is by far my favorite deck
Definitely not the first Sisay list with this plan, but a fun deck tech and story! best of luck

Answers, timing and good preparation is what make a good cedh in my eyes (as a nom cedh player). I think thoracle combo a 3 mana is not healty for the format (bann consultation and make people at least pay 4 imo) because it s way too efficient and norrows down lines. Just a non cedh player non sense by me but I love comment on your videos

I remember this combo and thinking of building it with jegantha but my sisay deck is shrines and my planeswalker deck is Atraxa

He's said that he doesn't think his list should be on the database, but don't worry, a few similar Sisay lists are. One of us even got a Sisay Birthing Pod deck added recently.

I seen this kind of sisay build b4, even b4 jeggy. It could win because ur opponent had no idea what ur doing lol. Imo this is not good. Jeggy build is superior.
Gimmicks are a decent strategy in a closed team sheet format, especially online
