I came to the comment section to see if I was having a TWICE fever dream. Glad to know it wasn’t just me. lol
As a swimmer, I can tell you that we use all of those moves. Not in that order, mind you, some assembly required there, but that is a valid warm-up. And hilarious. I wanna be her friend.
I find it extremely embarrassing and cringe. It‘s a typical american move: stand out and get attention at every cost. She obviously did it on purpose to go viral and was NOT „just in the moment“.
Americans do that all the time. It‘s your obsessive need to present yourself in public. It‘s a stark contrast to us Europeans and even more to Asians, who don‘t want to stand out at all.
It‘s just very fake, overexaggarting, and insencere. Not charming or likable at all - at least for real humans with real emotions, that is.
@@Chrisko1492 I appreciate this introduced me to a fun cute song...done by what appears to be a group of Asian girls... I think your opinions of these cultures may be your own...I for one, am glad not everyone in the world is so annoyed all the time.

Also..this girl has been doing this FOR YEARS, seen she was a teenager so NO, not trying to go viral
5:18 She's literally doing the choreography to Cheer Up by TWICE. lol
This could be a... once in a lifetime opportunity. :p
OMG I just noticed 😂
Shy shy shy
She definitely did it for social media attention
I was looking to see if anyone noticed. Good on you.
My brain stupidly thought that Sierra Schmidt's pre-swim dance was always the same as almost a ritual since athletes can get a bit crazy with that stuff. She actual loads up different songs and just dances free style with no prep. She says she loves music and dancing (which she is clearly incredible at) and it's something she began doing to relax before a swim because they make her really nervous. So she gets out there in front of everyone to put it all out there and expel that nervousness out into the world. It's such a great way to do so. I hope she wins every medal for every sport till the end of time.
Well the adulation escalated to previously uncharted heights...
the Republicans will call this very liberal....LMFAO
She’s actually dancing the choreo of a kpop song Cheer up by Twice so it’s not freestyle but it’s still very good 😊

This also why we need to make sure self-driving cars can’t be hacked or they could easily be used for terrorism and the person IN the car may have nothing to do with it.
That was in a movie…they locked the car and took over driving
HA ha...all cars can be hacked at this point (any that use electronics i.e. mfg after 1990 apx). Self driving has nothing to do with it. The network protocols they use are called CANS. It just takes someone installing a small receiver of any freq and it's all over. Please have no illusions of your safety. Though you are way more likely to be killed by a teenager texting.
Self-driving cars WILL be hackable. That is an absolutely guarantee. The problem we have is that the makers of electronic devices do not take security seriously. Look at Microsoft and all of the critical things Windows computers now control. Do Microsoft programmers create programs with security in mind? Hell no. If they did, then Windows 7 would not have still been receiving security updates when they finally stopped supporting it 12 years after its inception, and they wouldn't be releasing monthly fixes for Windows 10 (not to mention their other products).
Now, *CAN* electronic devices be made hack-proof? From a technological standpoint, yes, they can. However, it needs to be designed that way from the start, and there's no money in making something secure that doesn't need regular updates. It's more profitable to make an insecure product and then force people to pay monthly or annual maintenance fees or subscriptions to keep their product(s) up-to-date.
Most of my IKEA furniture has survived 7 years of apartment and one move so far. Not the bed though. I'm hoping the bed lasts two more months until the next move.

Because this show doesn't have a corrections segment: plywood is actually very durable as it's built by taking layers of wood, and lying the grain in opposing directions, increasing the strength, it's what a lot of beautiful antique mid century modern furniture is made of. Am I the only one who liked the show when it didn’t have an audience?
Same
I think Colbert was the only late night host that was significantly worse without an audience. The others all did fine, some are much better without an audience, but Stephen Colbert got way worse for me. I feel like he only shines with a live audience.
I'm like "stfu" audience. Sorry not sorry. I want to enjoy the show. Not the audience.
I loved the show before too, I and thought I wouldn't enjoy the audience back. But Stephen is on fire and I think that has helped the transition.
@@luns486 No way dude, he did very well with the broom closet set. It was cozier and more adlib which made it funnier.
HOW the heck did you know about the Arizona tea ceremony?
SO high, I refuse to Stay Human
