  • Kick that fat out of your body in this 20 minute cardio workout. Each of the exercises are designed to be fun and will have some kind of kick in it. All of the exercises are low impact and will help you burn that fat when combined with a good diet.
    This workout includes a warm up and cool down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.

    I've been subscribed to you for a couple years now because I knew that when I finally found the motivation to exercise, I wanted to do it with you. You have a great attitude and your joy is unassuming, something helpful to someone like myself who is terribly jaded against exercise. I can't say I enjoyed this workout but I definitely enjoyed it more than all the others I have done since deciding to take care of myself. Thank you. ❤

    Fun to do and felt very effective. I like it better than the jacks video but that’s probably because that one is super tough! 😂
