    Thanks a lot! Due to health issues and not liking to work out, I've been getting more and more out of shape the last couple of years. I know I need to do something about it and bought a step as I though I might find this kind of workout less appalling. It turns out to actually be a bit fun, and as a start this is no to hard. Have been doing it for a couple of weeks now and that's longer than I usually last. I also really appriciate the lack of music. I'm sound sensitive and the kind of music you tend to find in workout videos sadly just doesn't work for me. I'm certanly checking out you other videos in the future.

    It's not a twist, it's a rotation as you have to turn your shoulder as you reach across and punch towards where your shoulder is facing. This is boxing move, and the glute muscle of the back leg powers your punch as you reach across.
