Hi sr, How connect, pair the cardo app to Galaxy a51 ( just can make calls) them option cardo app my divase or scala rider G9x Doesn't appear???? What i need chance in sitting for connect cardo app to Galaxy a51????
It sat most of the day, once the lights went completely out it turned on and off, after leaving it off for 2 hour it started working correctly.
I had a unit it was working fine for a year, a buddy an I was using the intercom, I received a phone call and the unit went to 2 solid blue lights. The apps doesn't recognize the unit right now. I'm allowing it to die out, any other suggestions.
Duce Carroll hmmmmm, does plugging it in (to power) reset the lights?

Hey! I'd suggest doing a master reset on the headset (did a video on how-to if you need it), then re-pair it to your phone, then open the app and check it out. This should work...good luck!

How to update the g9 software?
You'll want to use the "Cardo Community" and NOT the new "Cardo Update" to update your G9. Follow this: community.cardosystems.com/signup/
and just make sure your on Cardo Community :)
unable to get it to work with my g9 can anyone help
I know the G9 does not have an iPhone app, but it does with Android.... Is this the case?
