I've just bought a 2019 PS from a Kawasaki dealer in Norwich, my local Kawasaki dealer here in Kent just told me it hasn't got any baffles, which would explain the excessively loud drone that upsets my nieghbour each time I start it up, Is there any way to get some back in if they have been drilled?

2014 perf sport - not a weld; it’s a hex - don’t bloody drill it. Removing baffles will make it louder but without professional tune will reduce performance. If you want noise sell the akrapovics and buy some beowulfs, sound awesome and your quids in on the sale - personally love the understated menace of the aks. Why ruin them?

I think the 2016 onwards bikes had their hex also tap welded in too, just to secure the Euro 5 law?

@@ploogea without a professional tune you just loose back pressure (remember your already on a hyper performance bike - with akropovics; an exhaust you would pay thousands for after market. If your in the USA I believe brocks do a killer can; but with everyone else going super loud; in the uk I truly find fellow bikers see my 14ps and just know not to mess 😂; plus your only listening on idle;? Those aks get very tuneful when your gunning it - and they look fabulous; and if your on a true ps model - 210 on the wheel with 120 torq not man enough?????? You got bigga problems 😂. Stay shiny side up and invest in sticky tyres rather than Replacing the best system money can buy. Once your hero lines on the tyres are below 5mm; then we’ll talk about increasing performance. Stay safe.
