Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.

    Yes,,THANK YOU👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🎖️💯,, I'm Loving it,, I've been fighting with my immune system for way too long now,, medications only made it worse,,Now chronic illness,,muscle pains,,digestion issues,, dizziness,even brain fog,,I know all this is related to immune system issues,,was just doing some stomach exercises today & I actually feel a whole lot better,,I'm READY TO KEEP THIS GOING,,I Do Believe Now it's Healing Time,,THANK YOU 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

    Of course I saw this and had to check it out. I like practicing Qi Jong it does a lot of tapping which I like but didn’t realize it can boost the immune system. What I found interstate about what you said on immunity and gut I read recently a study that shows how Pepcid can help reduce this virus. Makes sense. Very informative video. I’m going to add this to my routine. Thanks for sharing

    be gentle, its tender for some reason. so im just focusing on the spot with my mind and keeping up with the breathing..im.new...i have broken femur but i cant stands no gut poking for some reason. but doesnt hurt when dr pokes me laying down on a med exam table...

    It really helps me a lot, it's not easy to struggle emotional problems. I been through a lot in my life. I found your channel 3 days ago and start doing exercises, it indeed cures me slowly2x because I feel relax after doing meditation and I can sleep well at night which was my problem before.
