    hi your videos are helpful...I just wanna know if it is possible.to overhaul one's personality ,from being introvert to extrovert through the.use of hypnotherapy or NLP?

    • @SelfHelpforLife
      @SelfHelpforLife  Před 3 lety +1

      Yes absolutely. I'm still more naturally an introvert, but NLP and hypnosis has helped me immensely with people and communication skills, so I can be the life and soul of the party when I want to be!

    • @SelfHelpforLife
      @SelfHelpforLife  Před 3 lety

      @@ernestodelacruz9181 Not normally, if I've had a good time, but I can get exhausted if I have done back to back training, coaching or therapy sessions as these can be more intense. Social situations are usually fine if they go well. If I'm struggling to enjoy myself in a social situation, then I tend to leave early. Hope this helps

    I'm very familiar with N LP and I'm so fascinated by the results i see with others, however, i myself can't visualize vividly to work through N L P tools. For example i wanted to use N LP swish pattern for my hair pulling, but i failed. Moreover, anchoring is another tool that i can't use due to the fact that i face difficulty elicitating any memories vividly. Do you have any advice for me>?

    • @SelfHelpforLife
      @SelfHelpforLife  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes, I would focus on the other modalities, especially auditory and kinaesthetic. This is easier to do with Anchoring, as you can focus on what you're hearing, saying to yourself and internal feelings. For the Swish, you could imagine swapping an unresourceful sound for a resourceful one (great for internal self-talk) or swapping a negative feeling for a positive one. Also visualizing does get better with practice, so its worth keeping at it. Hope this helps.

      Getting into Theta state is a skill that gets better with practice. Regular meditation and self-hypnosis will definitely help. Here are two of my other videos that will help speed up the process.

    I wanna ask how to become self discipline. You need to take become committed to yourself. For becoming committed you need to have definite decision. For taking definite decision you need to have self discipline. Isn't it paradox? please give me a solution of it.

    • @SelfHelpforLife
      @SelfHelpforLife  Před 3 lety +2

      I would suggest focusing on creating a strong "Why". When you have this, it will become easier to make the right decisions and develop the self discipline to move forward. Also remember that you are making decisions every day and there will be some things in life that you naturally do, without the need for self discipline. Setting goals is important too. Hope this points you in the right direction.
