    Wow. You are an answer to my prayers. And you aswered so many questions I had about Hypnosis. I made affirmations on an mp3 before and also made a subliminal affirmations.     Holy cow I know about a & b but was blown away when I found out about c & d. I always thought I was type b but I feel stronger towards C. I know when I took the Myers Briggs 25-30 years ago that I was an ISTP but I also have an extrov6that pops out. So 🤔

    If this is the way to ask questions then I will first want to say that as I followed each step it was hard at first but then became easier. I believe that in order to get help with my body physically with my subconcouus the subconcouus deals in pictures so is the movie I watch in the various ways you described.. I felt like it had to be a silent movie. Is that true? During the shrinking down the movie and eating it as a cracker I saw all these different movies of me and so I was watching each movie of different places I have gone and places I intend to go like to the Subway sandwich restaurant that we are going as a family this Saturday for Father's day or at church or at home and my back and shoulders are feeling great trying to visualise this in each episode of where I am finding myself. I did feel like a tingling in my body out of the blue as I was laying on my bed! Is this normal? In order to follow each step I would pause the video after you talked about the step. Do the step. Then proceed in like manner through all the steps. I focused on just one challenge in this process which is my health as far as my back and shoulders and arms is concerned. Is this a good way to do this? Can I focus on another issue tomorrow ir should I stay with this one for you said a couple of months. I wanted to focus on having greater faith as well with these visualisations. Sincerely Brother Powers.

      Hi Bill, if you can include sounds that's better, and this can include internal self-talk. I think the tingling session is OK, Yes definitely focus on one challenge at a time, and repetition with the same challenge will help. Hope this helps.

    The last 2 really resonated with me. Faith in and stepping out of my comfort zone. My faith in the higher power as you called it is my God or the Godhead. I pray for throughout my day and to my heavenly Father and The Holy Spirit directs me and I always pray in the name of the of heavenly Father's Son Jesus Christ and they are able to help direct me as I believe I have been directed to you. Others I have looked into on youtube and it was obvious that I was not being directed there. I am a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints and joined the Church at the age of 19 which is 41 years ago. I will continue with you. And I have gratitude for your help.     This video is 4 years old now - Since then new research in 2023 has found that the sub mind DOES know the difference between whats real and what is imagined ! So that changes a lot of things.

    @SelfHelpforLife - I think there are unclear areas in the distinction between Emotions and Feelings. 1. I think in reference to the lymbic system kockong in, you had mentioned about intense emotion - how do you differetiate between an intense emotion vs an emotion ? 2. I am sure you are aware of the classical view of emotions and constructed theory of emotions, your explanation seems to align classical view yet the list of emotions you mentioned dont match truly with what Paul Ekman or otbers have said. 3. Interestingly, Happiness is a feeling according to you as opposed to popular view of that being referred as emotion, also enthusiasm is listed and is that a lymbic system triggered response to a stimuli ? Also, enthusiasm isnt a reaction but a built up emotion i think. 4. I see it is the cultural use of language that is influencing your view on how feeling/emotion is understood. We are drawing a line by saying Emotions are measurable, also facial expressions snd other combinations- how do you differentiate between happiness Vs Joy through facial expressions clearly...how would we differentiate objectively between bliss and joy...etc

      Since I recorded this video, I've tended to differentiate less between feelings and emotions, and instead become more aware of my thoughts and feeling on a day to day basis. And that has helped me more than getting too bogged down in the differences.
