This is not a true noise canceling solution but a guide to setting good audio levels. For actual noise canceling a filter or application that filters out noise is what is needed.

How do I do this if I don't have the "listen" tab in the Microphone Settings section? Only the "general tab appears. Went in there to check all the options. No "listen" option anywhere. I'm using a Rhode microphone with a mic jack in a desktop computer.

Delete the old audio driver and install realtek high definition audio driver. Then you will get enhancements settings.

i ran a troubleshoot test and it worked when i closed a game the sound was still playing if that happens to u run a trouble shoot test and see if it works like me

Great video bro, I would also maybe advise to use the free software Audacity to record your audio. The great thing is also that you can identify the noise pattern when you don't talk and then tell Audacity to remove it from under your talkover..just like that
