I installed it but it just appeared ad a new device that is not plugged in and it has its own enhancement tab. The mic I am using doesn't have the tab. is there any way to solve it.

there is noise cancelling option with that realtek driver , but it wont detect my headset when I plugged in. So its using my laptop mic.. any idea how to fix this?
There is an already enhancement tab but when I check it all, no effect. I still can hear the background noises. Please help.

Following this tutorial has made my audio service to be total disfunction! My microphone is not being recognised anymore, even the built-in mic of my laptop! Now I need to solve this new problems, which are way more critical than what I intended to do, which is to just remove background noise. I know that some have positive outcomes from this tutorials, but I'm not one of them, and right now I regret following this tutorial 😅

I downloaded the one you said, but when I finished installing it and went back to the Sound Control Panel, my microphone properties were only four instead of five. The "ENHANCEMENT" part was gone.

I tried this to my PC. After install it asked me to restart/ After restart it gave me an error 0001 Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure then the installation stops. After that my audio became silent and never worked once again. I tried to go to Device Manager to fix my problem but no luck. Thank you for muting my playback audio completely now I cannot hear anything from my PC.

Try downloading from your laptop/motherboard manufacturer to save time.
I swear I have strong internet connection but why is it too slow to get 252 MB, and I have to wait for 3 hours to start running it? :( I feel sleepy waiting.

I think you need to be clearer with the guide. There are several loopholes. One example is the driver download. Realtek has many codes and chipsets out there. Its always recommended to install the correct one. This direction is not clear nor emphasized. Secondly and most important, are you applying these settings to an analog or USB based microphone? Since this is a Realtek driver based solution I am going to assume this would be for an analog connection and not USB.
