Hello! I have a little echo with my microphone. When i look by sound / recording i see microphone NVDIA RTX Voice as default device and line USB Audio Codec as standard communication. Should i turn of line USB? The other settings by recording are correct.

both my headset and speaker set off the mic. Can't figure it out at all. I run a corsair hs55 and from my experience so far these are garbage.
I have the razer craken and have the same problem but only with my pc. In my ps4 everything is fine I don’t f get it
I have the exact same pair of headphones is the problem fixed?
Appreciated thank you! The problem was I had microphone boost on.
hello
when i do recording with microphone i have an echo sound
how to remove that?
thank you
Did the video help?
other people are hearing their own voice from my mic i used the echo cancellation provided by realtek audio console it didn't fully fixed that issue but it does the job,now the only problem i have is there's aslight delay in my microphone if i say something the person I'm talking to will hear my voice like 1.5 seconds late
I don’t have microphone boost option
I had a strange reverb when trying to hear a video on my windows 10 PC if I increased the volume. I right clicked on the speaker icon and chose open volume mixer. I muted stereo mix real tech high definition and the problem is gone. Hope that will help somebody else.
I disabled it and re enabled it and now my mic is gone and when i got into action it says nothing has been changed
Plz help
@@noahmccallin2996 Try reconnecting the device (unplug and connect again). If that doesn't work, there's likely an issue with the connection hardware
It doesn't show uhh the enhancements tab for me on the sound option. I watched alot of videos for the fix and when they go on playback and they're headset properties it shows general, levels, enhancements, advanced and spatial sound. For me it doesn't show enhancements.
Not al devices support the enhancements tab unfortunately
@@TropicalTech Problem is, My headset picks up pc audio and plays back through my mic. Do you have any solutions for that?
As I could see, you ain't using the headphone mic, but another one. I got this mf echo when using the mic from the headphone and only when active. While I ain't using the mic in any other app, there's no echo, but as long I start to record the issue begins. I've tried around all methods I could find in yt. Any other idea?
I'm running into the same issue and I can't figure it out either
it says my mic is not plugged in
help
Try a different port
@@TropicalTech Hi, I tried the share. When it says I have a microphone, then I can't hear anything through the sound barrier. I have this headset : Trust GXT 323W Carus
tried all but did not work
Are you able to test the microphone on another device?
My mic keeps picking up audio coming out of my headset still does it?
Does it still happen when the volume is lowered?
@@TropicalTech yes I can’t lower too low because people won’t hear me
What about when the headphone volume is lowered?
@@TropicalTech yes
@@mangolinii Is the echo/sound muffled or is it quite clear sounding?

The voice in this video has literally got the room echo I'm trying to remove... geez haha
This video is for fixing echo caused by the mic, if you're wanting to remove echo from recorded audio it's possible in software but not easy to do. Obviously you'd be best removing it at source by recording in a sound proofed studio - if you have one lying around you could use that!
doesn't apply to windows 11. Not even close.
Why do you say that, it was written and recorded in Windows 11 haha
thanks this helped a lot
