I had to use ALL THREE sinus draining videos to unclog my sinuses but they WORKED!!!! I've been using vicks and nasal spray for a WEEK now. The first video pinching and pushing partially unclogged my right nostril (the worst one), the second gave me more relief (the tapping one) after this last technique I tried I can BREATHE!!! not easily, but I can breathe!
If you guys want to have a nice breathing try getting more exercise, less streasing, listening to sound frequency and drinking ginger thats all thank you i had one for 4 yr and lost it bc of all this

This is like the 50th nose unblocking video I've watched! It worked for about 30 seconds.. Till as I'm typing it's just clogging back up 😢 here at 11pm tryna sleep
I figured this out when I was a kid with congestion. To add on.. when you go to bed and lay on your pillow. Lay your head down and without lifting your head kind of press your cheek bone on the stuffy side against the pillow. Turn your head a little while still pressing down to open up that passage way and breath like that to fall asleep.
Hello I suffer from rhinist , I live in Las Vegas I never had much problem with my sinuses since I moved to Vegas ,I use cool mist humidifier and ocean nasal spray ,sometimes I get nose bleed because of the very dry weather here!!
When he said hold your breath till you can no longer hold it… you can skip the first part or use it as a massage because you can just exhale (not inhale) and hold your breath for 20-30s and inhale using your nose not your mouth. It’s basically fight or flight response but only last for less than a min.
Worked for like 20 seconds, then it got stuffy again, best 20 seconds of my life
